• Practice data — your responses, mock results and predicted scores, used to power your diagnosis and plan.
• Audio — speaking recordings, processed to score fluency and pronunciation. Used to generate your feedback, not for any other purpose.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location) to improve the product.

How we use it

To deliver your diagnosis, predicted score, study plan and progress tracking; to send the emails you opt into; and to improve our scoring and content. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can access, export or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from emails with one click. Contact us at hello@ptemocks.com to make a request.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
